There Is No In Between seeks to meld different electronic genres such as trance, drum & bass, dubstep, and deathstep by exploring different combinations of synthesized instruments. Ultimately, this stokes the listener’s emotions through a journey within an auditory land of fantasy and horror.
On September 26, 2025, the self-produced visionary will release their second full-length album, Amelia, a record that feels like a dream sequence speckled with nightmarish haunts causing one to delve inward. The music serves as a soundtrack to your real life simulation.
From a sound design perspective, this album adds energetic synth stabs typical of dubstep and deathstep which push the songs into a new dimension past the previous album, Sona, that was comparatively more tame. The incorporation of this technique allows for a heavier bottom end to TINIB’s signature ethereal pads and melodies.
Listen to “Babel” which exemplifies this new sound.
Purposely compiled as a cohesive album, Amelia arrives as a ten-track assault gradually unfurling with cinematic weight. Although the album opens with the fragile plea of “I Want to Help You,” the next song, “Babel” expands into fractured towers of sound highlighted by the newly incorporated heavy synth stabs. The album’s gentle brutality peaks on “Exordium and Terminus”and then continues to serve as a cathartic release while infusing overlays of blissful melody. The second half of the album begins with a detuned wash of waves on the track “Do You Know My Secret” harking transition into a more reflective vibe. Succeeding tracks purposely wander in between synthwave arpeggios and heavy breakdowns until a masterful summit within “Whispers;” the name not indicative of its wall of sound ‘yell.’
Each track threads into the next, leading listeners through haunting atmospheres, bruised melodies, and cathartic eruptions. By the closing piece, “We Need Light in the Dark,” the record offers a glimmer of hope, as if clawing its way toward illumination.
The full track list is as follows:
- I Want to Help You (Intro)
- Babel
- Nameless
- Exordium and Terminus
- Do You Know My Secret
- The Protagonist
- Idle Hands
- Trauma Bond
- Whispers
- We Need Light in the Dark (Outro)

The album’s title, Amelia, reflects both a name and a metaphor — an emblem of memory, fragility, and persistence.
“This record feels like both an exorcism and a confession,” says the artist. “It’s about carrying scars while still searching for light.”
Building on the DIY ethos of their debut, Amelia is the second album fully self-produced by There Is No In Between. That independence shapes every layer of the record allowing for experimentation into new auditory soundscapes.
Yet this release won’t go unheard in the underground — it arrives with the promotional support of Auricular Impalement, a independent label known for amplifying genre defying artists and previously unheard voices.
For listeners who crave music that exists between catharsis and collapse, Amelia is less an album than an emotional reckoning.
Amelia will be available on all major streaming platforms September 26, 2025.
Physical editions and exclusive merch may follow.
