Auricular Impalement is a music artist from Denver, Colorado, USA that creates music inspired by ideas from philosophy. Each song is crafted with the purpose of conscious awareness to one's self and the world around.

A set of songs within the Auricular Impalement project is created to fit within a themed series. Each series serves as a study in various aspects of music and composition.

For the Hexagram Series, the first song is in the key of A minor and then subsequent songs progress clockwise through the Circle of Fifths, each key signature adding an incidental.
